A big thank you to all our seed donors!

First, a note from one of our members:

Yesterday I went with a friend to San Francisco on a hunt for blooming Pacific Coast Iris. Hundreds and hundreds of recently planted PCs line the sidewalks at the Palace of Fine Arts, and they are all in bloom (see picture). Later we visited the Botanic Gardens in Golden Gate Park. In the California native section we were greeted with spectacular drifts of naturalized PCs. I have never seen so many in a woodland setting like this. If you ever do a trek in the San Francisco area, these two places are a must see.
