UPDATE - JUNE 2006. The Society's 2002 Minitrek took place shortly following serious local forest fires and a long period of significant drought. Visitors searched hard to find just a few blooming iris. Richard Richards returned in June 2006 to see how recent winter snowfalls and good Spring rains had affected the iris populations. He send a gallery of six photos of what he found. |
